Stuart Tobin was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1969 and is licensed to practice in all State Courts in Ohio, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. In 2007, Mr. Tobin was named an Ohio Super Lawyer, one of the top 5% of attorneys in the State of Ohio.
Stuart Tobin is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Ohio Bar College, the Cincinnati Bar Association, where he participates on the Municipal Court Committee and the Bankruptcy Committee, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the past President of the Lawyers Club of Cincinnati, the Commercial Law League of America, the National Association of Retail Commercial Attorney, the Ohio Creditors Association, the International Commercial Collectors Association, the National Association of Subrogation Professionals and he has been certified as a specialist in debtor-creditor rights by the American Board of Certification.
Stuart Tobin is Special Counsel for the Ohio Attorney General and has served four previous Ohio Attorney Generals for over twenty years. He is a frequent lecturer on various collection topics for the Ohio Legal Center, the National Business Institute, the Cincinnati Bar Association, and the Ohio State Bar Association.
